Welcome to the 7th Annual Haunting of Mount Misery. Each year, this event gets bigger and better and this year will be no exception! Join us for an evening of tricks, treats, and of course lots of spooktacular scares. There is lots of fun for kids of all ages. Check out some of what we have in store below. Do you dare to walk the Haunted Horse Shoe Trail? This year we are cranking the scares up to 11! Make your way through the gauntlet of terror as you collect treats and confront ghosts and ghouls, spiders and skeletons, and so much more on a hike of hysteria. It is a deliriously delightful assortment of fun for kids and adults alike!

Take a break and enjoy the party at the Halloween Village. It is the perfect place to unwind for a while, enjoy some delicious food from the food truck, and decide whether you are brave enough to take another pass at the Haunted Trail to absorb some of the scares you may have missed the first (or perhaps second) time.
Jack O'Lantern Contest

Carve up your best pumpkin and enter it into our annual contest. We will have a delightful prize for the best of the patch. Bring in your creation for consideration as those that are brave enough to walk the trail vote for their favorite.

The Haunted Horse Shoe Trail runs between the trail entrance at High Point Lane and S. Forge Mountain Drive and the other trail entrance near the Sunbowl. The Jack O'Lantern Contest is set up near the water tower on the Haunted Trail. The Halloween Village takes place at the Sunbowl.
